At Isabel Bernard, we strive for complete satisfaction with your elegant new pieces; if you are not entirely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all jewelry and accessories are unworn, in their original packaging, and with the security tag still attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Isabel Bernard gift box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring you include the completed return form.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at a designated carrier point using the provided prepaid shipping label and be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
